'Turn the Compost' with Fine Art Sculpture and Expanded Practice Department graduate Mary Hoy.

Mary Hoy's practice explores ways to bring the viewer closer to nature and soil, which led her to pilot a circular composting system within NCAD for her final project. Visitors are invited to interact with turning the compost indoors in the Sculpture Studio whilst viewing its connection with the outdoor composting bins. Visitors are then invited to interact in turning the compost at the outdoor bins while connecting with the indoor compost, creating a conversation. Visitors will receive a present of a seed in a repurposed pot for their participation.
